5. Chemistry & Sustainable Treatability

To identify possible contributions of Chemistry for a Sustainable Treatability of Water we need to consider other areas of technical and scientific knowledge that are involved in the different stages of water use or reuse.

The main objective is: "search solutions to problems without creating new problems."

The proposed integration scheme, does not claim to be a closed and definitive structure but only a proposal for a multidisciplinary view of how different fields of knowledge are important throughout the stages of water use.

To understand the logic of this puzzle we will see in more detail the steps of the Water Use/Reuse Cycle, in human society, from the withdrawal to the return to the Natural Water Cycle.
